We are committed to providing you with the tools necessary to achieve your professional goals and we understand that communicating your credentials in an ever-expanding online marketplace can be challenging. That is why we have partnered with Credly to provide you with a digital version of your credentials. Digital badges can be used in email signatures or digital resumes, and on social media sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. This digital image contains verified metadata that describes your qualifications and the process required to earn them.

Team Member Badge
The OnePlan Team Member badge shows that the earner has proven the necessary skills and knowledge to proficiently use OnePlan for task management and collaboration. This includes mastery of key features, functionalities, and best practices when implementing OnePlan into their work.
This badge can be earned by completing either the Team Member Training Pathway, or the Team Member with Timesheets Training Pathway in OnePlan Academy.
Plan Manager Level 1 Badge
The OnePlan Plan Manager Level 1 badge shows that the earner has the skills necessary to use OnePlan to manage projects from initiation to closure, manage risks, and deliver results with confidence.
This badge can be earned by completing the Plan Manager Basics Pathway in OnePlan Academy.
Plan Manager Level 2 Badge
Earners of the OnePlan Plan Manager Level 2 badge demonstrated expertise in leveraging OnePlan to effectively navigate the entire project lifecycle, from its inception phase through to closure. With this proficiency, project managers can skillfully identify, assess, and mitigate risks, while orchestrating seamless project execution.
This badge can be earned by completing the Plan Manager Scheduling Basics Pathway in OnePlan Academy.
Plan Manager Level 3 Badge
Earners of the OnePlan Plan Manager Level 3 badge demonstrated mastery in harnessing the capabilities of OnePlan for advanced project scheduling, spanning the full spectrum from project initiation to closure. The learner showed adeptness in managing scheduling intricacies including dependencies and constraints, mitigating risks proactively, and delivering results with precision and confidence.
This badge can be earned by completing the Plan Manager Advanced Scheduling Pathway in OnePlan Academy
Certified Administrator

What is a Digital Credential?

Digital credentials enable the data-rich recognition, communication, and tracking of achievement. Organizations use Credly to issue portable and secure credentials that empower earners, make outcomes and skills more transparent, and gain actional data and insights about how and where those credentials are being used.

Badges show the world that whoever has earned a credential has verifiable knowledge, skills, or abilities. Digital credentials are verified proof from a credible source.

What do I do After I Earn a Credential from OnePlan?

You’ve completed your training and earned digital credentials. Congratulations for upskilling yourself! Digital credentials are the single source of truth verifying your skills and competencies. That’s great, but now what? Here’s what to do next:

Congratulations on earning a digital credential! A quality credential clearly explains what you can do, what you did to earn this and who says you earned it. It is more than a piece of paper.

02 | Share Your Badge

Let your colleagues, co-workers, and friends know about your achievements by posting on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media sites.

A: Credly is the end-to-end solution for issuing and managing digital credentials. Credly works with credible organizations to provide digital credentials to individuals, worldwide.

A: Open badges are web-enabled versions of a credential, certification or learning outcome which can be verified in real-time, online.

A: Representing your skills as a badge gives you a way to share your abilities online in a way that is simple, trusted and can be easily verified in real time. Badges provide employers and peers concrete evidence of what you had to do to earn your credential and what you’re now capable of. Credly also offers labor market insights, based on your skills. You can search and apply for job opportunities right through Credly.

A: You will receive an email notification from Credly ([email protected]) with instructions for claiming your badge and setting up your account.

A: We have partnered with Credly to translate the learning outcomes you’ve demonstrated into a badge, issued and managed through the company digital badging platform. The technology Credly uses is based on the Open Badge Standards maintained by IMS Global. This enables you to manage, share and verify your competencies digitally.

A: You can easily configure your privacy settings in Credly. You’re in complete control of the information about yourself that is made public.

A: No. This is a service we provide to you, at no cost.

A: While badges are simply digital image files, they are uniquely linked to data hosted on Credly. This link to verified data makes them more reliable and secure than a paper-based certificate. It also eliminates the possibility of anyone claiming your credential and your associated identity.

A: You can share your badge directly from Credly to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook; over email; embedded in a website or in your email signature.

A: Labor market insights are pulled from live job requisitions. Based on your skills you can learn which employers are hiring, what job titles you might be qualified for, salary ranges and more. Search active job listings and even apply for them with just a few clicks through Credly. Access the labor market insights from your badge details page by clicking on Related Jobs, or by clicking on the skill tags assigned to your badge.

A: Yes, you can download your badge from the Share Badge page. Your downloaded badge contains Open Badge Infrastructure (OBI) compliant metadata embedded into the image. This allows you to store your badge on other OBI-compliant badge sites, such as the Badgr Backpack.
