Team Member Training
As a team member, you contribute directly to the overall success of the projects you work on. To be successful, you need to know what you’re expected to do, when your work needs to be done and give regular updates on your progress.
Plan Manager Training
As a plan manager, you are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a on time and within budget. Plan managers plan and designate resources, prepare budgets, track progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the plan lifecycle.
Resource Manager Training
The primary goal of the resource manager is to help project managers prioritize and allocate resources to a project when they are needed. This role determines department or functional resource demand and ensures there is enough capacity to meet project staffing needs, allocates these resources to projects so that the PM can assign these resources to project tasks), and participates in the hiring process.
